Identified an electrical short while doing a drywall repair. Amy in the office got right back to me and was super friendly and helpful. Due to a cancellation, she was able to send an electrician to me that same day. Josh was professional and thorough. He identified and fixed the issue quickly.
Knowing nothing about electric work, I called King and Mike showed up. Super professional and friendly. It was a ridiculously simple thing to correct and I’m embarrassed I didn’t think of the fix myself. Regardless I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future
