I was an HOA Board member of one of the phases in Seascape a number of years until recently. King Construction was chosen to do the exterior renovation for our phase (3 buildings). It sure wasn't easy with covid and the cost of goods rising but they got it done! I lived in Seascape full time and got to see first hand the work being done. King construction did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel! They were very clean, very accommodating on what my recommendations were. Jason called multiple times to give me updates throughout the process. I would recommend to all my family and friends!

King Construction is definitely royalty when it comes to contractors! They show up on time for scheduled appointments, and get the job done in a timely manner. Jason and his team keep a clean construction site, and do a great job of protecting the interior of your home while they get work done. King Construction did a full renovation of our condo in Navarre Beach and had all of the proper licenses and insurance. Highly recommend!
King Construction did our exterior remodel on our condo at seascape. Never an easy venture with demo and finding rot and all. But, they handled very professionally and went over and above! Very professional. We ended up having them do interior work for us as well. Highly recommend!
