Did not use this service and I never will based on the interaction I just had with one of their drivers. At a stop light in front of U of M hospital and this dude decides to not go when the light is green and the cars in front drove on. He got honked at and decided to get half way in the left hand turning lane and one car proceeded. This dude then decides to whip it back over into my lane directly in front of me. If I could give a -1000 I would. They are unprofessional and unreliable. This is the 5th appointment between two of my children they have caused us to miss. They are trash and you should steer clear if you actually care about your/your family’s health and making it to appointments.
They're not on time let alone if they'll have you a driver for pickup. Definitely filling an complaint with my insurance company!
