Service and employees were great. I was very upset that whomever drove my car went through mud and slung it all down the passenger side of car and tires and wheel wells. I had just had it detailed last week. It had pollen on it but not mud. I’m VERY OCD about my car

Everyone I have dealt with at Stephens Auto has been very helpful, friendly and professional.
I called and asked the service dept. if they could unlock and program a factory stereo and they said yes but when I took it in they said they couldn't do it and charged me for the service. They need to work on customer service and not charge for something they can't fix. Definitely not going back!
