Called to book in a viewing for a house and was able to get one early the next week, great. However, despite saying we'd pretty much sorted our mortgage they were so pushy in getting an appointment booked in with their partner broker. We complied thinking what's the harm on getting more advice, so had this booked in for an hour before the viewing appointment. From our initial phone call to an accompanied viewing, Scarlett has been superb. Polite, caring and knowledgeable she’s one of the nicest estate agents we’ve dealt with. A real asset to the company and I’d willingly refer friends to her for future business. Thank you Scarlett, a real pleasure.
Avoid. Although staff were always polite, overall they did not provide a very high level of customer service. Storrington branch was often unmanned, prospective viewers had to go out of their way to arrange a viewing. Feedback from viewings was slow or non existent. The manager left and we were not informed. The Steyning branch manager was too busy to help us when our offer letter was delayed! Emily from Worthing branch, was always extremely helpful. Thank you Emily!
