Wouldn’t listen when I said I wanted to be put out for cystoscopy. Told me it wasn’t a necessity to have it done and told me to follow up on a year. They’ve just called me to cancel my yearly, lol, today in December. That should tell it all. Also their staff is completely anonymous sounding when they call, and sound so snooty. They always have an attitude and with that being said, just don’t go here.
Very pleased with the level of care. The staff was also very helpful and kind.
I’ve been seeing Dr Charles King for my prostate problem, for almost four years now. I am very happy I am under his care. Dr King is a ver caring urologist and the whole staff are very dependable and courteous. As a patient of Dr King I can feel I am in good hands. Before I leave the examination room, he always ask me if I have “ANY QUESTIONS?” He makes sure all my concerns are taken good care of. In my opinion he is the BEST urologist in Ocala.
