Wouldn’t listen when I said I wanted to be put out for cystoscopy. Told me it wasn’t a necessity to have it done and told me to follow up on a year. They’ve just called me to cancel my yearly, lol, today in December. That should tell it all. Also their staff is completely anonymous sounding when they call, and sound so snooty. They always have an attitude and with that being said, just don’t go here.
Very pleased with the level of care. The staff was also very helpful and kind.
I’ve been seeing Dr Charles King for my prostate problem, for almost four years now. I am very happy I am under his care. Dr King is a ver caring urologist and the whole staff are very dependable and courteous. As a patient of Dr King I can feel I am in good hands. When I went on my very 1st appt. He never came in the room to discuss my prostate or examine me. He sent his nurse practitioner in and the 1st thing she said was “you have cancer”! Without any medical procedures or test… as you can tell I never returned and if you feel important to yourself, find another urologist because this practice sucks!
