I had my first visit recently and was greeted warmly by the staff. Everything was on time and the vibe is a very positive inviting one. Dr King did a thorough exam and review of my history with me and answered all my questions regarding continuing care. People only have one opportunity to make a first impression and the office and staff made a great one with me. I’m glad I switched to Riverside Family Dental in Dover!
My 92 year old father, dementia victim, broke a tooth. He was in pain, and hadn't been to a dentist in years. In this day and age, I was worried about getting him in to see someone. I called his old dentist to learn Drs. King and Caroll had taken over the practice. I explained my worry, his special needs, and Dr. King got him right in! Friendly and transparent! Experts!
Very unforgiving hours of operation to anyone with a Mon-Fri position and books out several months. Staff will “work on getting you in” and then never reach out to you again. Will disconnect your call if they think “we’re not getting anywhere” when you’re trying to schedule two appointments because they won’t allow you to do them at the same time (exam and cleaning). Seek care elsewhere.
