Stay away from King Carpet Cleaning! This company is completely unprofessional and a total scam. I scheduled an appointment expecting a professional cleaning service, but what showed up was anything but. The technician arrived in an old car that didn’t even look like a company vehicle. He sprayed water all over my carpet and called it cleaning—no proper equipment, no steam cleaning as promised. I watched as he barely did anything, leaving my carpet damp and prone to mold.
