⭐️ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — BEWARE Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The company showed up 3 hours late for our scheduled appointment. When they finally arrived, they told us they had left their cleaning supplies at their previous job, so we had to wait even longer before they could begin. The worst part is that 4 days later, our wall-to-wall carpets are still wet and now have a strong mildew smell. This is completely unacceptable. Stay away! Charged ridiculous amount of money and the stains are still visible. Rug still wet 48 hours later. Will not come out to fix it. Called twice already and they will do nothing.

Bennett and Colby did an excellent job cleaning the carpet, and I only wish I had taken before and after photos because the difference was so noticeable.
