This place used to be very good this time fell very short. I did the ceramic castle. I've never been told my car is done so fast and it shows... They didn't do the floor mats and the inside is still dirty... Wish I'd of looked before I left...
Not entirely surprised by how fast they try to clear the cars, but they have no one doing actual quality control. It's one of those, "well, you already paid, so... 🤷🏾♂️ " experiences. Exterior mirrors were not fully cleaned, nor was the housing. Dashboard still had lint and dust. All weather mats still had dirt on them. Seats had crumbs still remaining. AVOID - AWFUL - Take your car somewhere else! We took our car their for a detailing. Explained there had been an accident in the front seat (brain injured friend lost his bladder control). The car was returned but the smell caused an immediate gag. Smelled like someone just poured vinegar on the seat. Not what we would expect with paying for the top detailing service. Will never go back! Awful terrible service. FYI - this place is not Detail Kings but easily confusing with the similar name. So disappointed.
I came in today for a detail cleaning including a wash, interior wiped down/sanitized, Vaccum & mats washed included. That was the fastest service ever (not in a good way) there was about 5-6 people working on my car & I believed that by doing so it’ll be sparkling once I got inside but I was wrong! It didn’t look like they did anything inside. All those people for what? Show.
