King builders did a great job on our remodel and they are honest I got copies of all receipts for materials so I can verify they came in on estimate. And later when I had a question they were there and stayed in contact. The quality of work was perfect friends still compliment me on the place.
We had a terrible experience with King Builders and Randy King. He installed the wrong siding on our house. Installed it incorrectly and did not follow the architect's plan for the steel beam we had installed. We had to take him to arbitration. We won the case but very costly.
We had our kitchen remodeled by King Builders. They were fantastic to work with. Randy, the owner, stayed in constant contact and followed up with every detail to ensure I was happy with the project. He negotiated prices with the workers and kept everyone on schedule. He even came back months later to do a slight adjustment with our floors. I recommend this company 100%.
