I had torn rotator cuffs in both my shoulders. The doctor wanted to operate and I was NOT ready for that. I used this product faithfully, and they healed. Yes it took several months, but it sure was better than several months recovery from surgery. Then I also had a problem with my ankle, so I got the piece for that, and again...it healed using this device. I think these are great products....based on what I have already tried!
The products didn’t work. I mailed the products back within 30 days for a full refund and they wouldn’t give me a full refund. Very dissatisfied.
I had purchased the KB tape. Everything in their website indicates 100% quality guaranteed including in the begining of the description of their KB tape. I emailed customer support to explain that the adhesion of the tape was coming of easily. I used the brand KT tape in the past so I compared the performance and KT tape hads down has better adhesion and can stay on for more than 3 days. They sell a 3 part system for torn knee cartilage (meniscus) that is supposed to "HEAL" your knee, and IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!! My wife works for AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON, and the meniscus HAS NO BLOOD SUPPLY (arteries, veins, and capillaries) therefore, it is PHYSIOLOGICLY IMPOSSIBLE for it to HEAL ITSELF! It requires surgery to remove the torn flap, otherwise you knee will completely give out at random, due to the torn cartilage obstructing the joint!
I ordered this with express shipping. I sent a follow email looking for it and the response was again a tracking number. I have been to the post office and nothing, I have security on my house with video and no delivery. The company has been slow in responding. Their website only posts “selected” reviews. You can’t physically review them there. I do not suggest dealing with king brand as they don’t respond to customer issues quickly.
