A month after the blacktop was put in it is starting to have areas that is sinking and no vehicles was on the blacktop for 3 1/2 weeks after it was put in we have called since it was put in and doesn’t seem to have any interest on calling back to discuss this issue spent all this money and not even a year it has sinking dips in the blacktop I would not recommend them. We hired this company to replace our asphalt driveway, and the seal coating was poorly done-missed spots, debris left behind, and splatter on our garage door. When I called to share my concerns, they didn't seem to care or offer any help at first. They eventually came out to clean the garage door but complained about the cost to do so. We ultimately had to hire a different company to come out and reseal coat our driveway properly. Very disappointed with both the workmanship and customer service.
My experience with King Blacktop was OUTSTANDING from beginning to end. The professionalism, kind communication and efficiency ranging from the owners to their crew were above and beyond expectations. I’m so thankful!
