My client went there to get bundles for a sew in. Her hair is light brown (very light) with a hint of highlights throughout. They sent her home with jet black bundles, she tried to go exchange them and couldn’t. This was her first time shopping for hair. Was hoping that the workers would help her match her hair color to the bundles, instead of sending her home with just anything. I added a brown bundle at the top to break up that black.
