I have been coming to this barbershop for over a year now. I usually use a specific barber named Arnold that does a great job every time on my hair. When I came today I went to Luis and he wasn’t very good at all. Not because of his skill, but his workmanship. He was on the phone throughout most of my haircut, which drew his attention away from what he was doing to my hair.
