1pm on a Friday of a long week I called Kade with problems with our electric brakes on our caravan. They said bring it in and within a few hours got us back on the road. Great customer service and extremely helpful business. Highly recommended, thank you so much.
Our caravan wheel snapped and rolled OFF just as we turned into a petrol station in Sale on Saturday at 4:30. Kade Rawson just happened to be one of the many locals who stopped to offer help. Kade was sure he had the parts at his business, GCS, nearby, needed to replace the wheel studs. We arranged a tow truck with RACV, and Kade met us at GCS in the dark, he unlocked his business, plugged in our van so our fridge contents stayed cold and then he replaced all the wheel studs on SUNDAY morning !!!! Repairs to Jayco made on 12 Feb 26. Great service, reasonable price, good communication and very helpful instructions. Highly recommended.
Was anxious about possible issues with brakes on new van (1st big trip). Kade was excellent and provided reassurance and a bit of tweaking at short notice. Got back in the road in no time. Thanks Kade.
