I called Me- how much to get 4 tires mounted and balanced? Guy on phone- are the tires new? Me- yes Guy on phone - well I’m charging you top rate Me- oh… why? Guy on phone- because we sell tires His tone was kinda pissy. I ended up paying the 200 bucks, when I picked up my car I was disappointed to see my rims were dirty with fingerprints and mud.
Staff at counter and repair shop are great, staff out back at tire change shop are not good at all. Took my wife's tires on her nissan to get changed over. 2 days later, she had a flat tire. Thought she ran over something. Called to get it looked at. Didn't have time, understandable. Went to another shop. The tpms sensor was cracked from being over tightened.
Five Stars for automotive service but I don't know how they sell one tire. Had our vehicle in for service and asked for a quote on tires. Said they would put it on the seat when the car was ready for pick up ... nothing. Called and asked for the quote to be emailed ... nothing. Called again ... said "tire guy" would call .... nothing. Is the tire guy one of the 2 lovely dogs in the shop? They did a good job on the car repairs but they might want to change their name to PHANTOM TIRES.
