Have been going to Carlos for years. Good honest work. Even fixed another shops mistakes. See some negative reviews but I have never had issues with my repairs. He guarantees the work but have never had to bring it back.
As a Former employee of King Auto Motive Carlos has always done an amazing job! He has been very fair and very transparent in his work. Now as a returning customer I am satisfied with the work he does on my vehicle.
I was going to get a repair done by King Automotive. After getting a quote, I was told that I would need to be at their shop at 8:00a.m. the next morning for the work to be done. I arrived at 7:45a.m. and at 9:00 still no one showed up. I hope that everything is OK? But I wish I didn't waste to morning waiting on them.
I have had 2 bad experiences with this place. 1st one was I took a Honda Accord to get wheel bearing fixed while he was fixing it he broke one of the speed sensors he refused to pay for it saying it was already broke so I had to pay for it. 2nd one i took a Toyota Highlander which was making a noise and he charged me $643 and he told me it was the bearing so he replaced them and when I got it back it was still making the same noise.That tells me that he replaced the wrong part. Waste of time, don't even bother bringing your car here. Carlos just makes you waste your time thinking his going to fix your car but doesn't. If anything, he just keeps charging you and expects you to keep paying him without him even working on your car. He just keeps making excuses on why he hasn't fixed it yet. Saying to give him more time and more money. If I could give him no stars, I would.
