Kars is the best automotive shop I have ever been to. I booked an appointment to do timing belt on my car. I drove in with a car that is long overdue with oil change. I also have a set of summer tires in the back. Without instructions, kars did my timing belt, change the oil and install the summer tires for me. I never asked for the quote since I know I don’t have to. This is how much I trust them. Of course, the price is more than reasonable.
Jim and the boys are the best!!! I've been bringing my cars for servicing for a few years. Jim only does what needs to be done for very reasonable pricing. I was losing a break shield and didn't know it. The noise would stop just as I pulled up. This happened a few times. So, one of his mechanics jumped in with me and drove around Nobleton for almost an hour. When we pulled back into the garage, it made a little noise. The mechanic heard it and put it up on the hoist. Horrible horrible service. Upon doing a diagnostic on my vehicle. I called King Automotive Repair Service and let me them which codes came up for service. 1st thing, who answers the phone and just says "Ya" 2nd thing, extremely rude and unprofessional with the way whoever it was that was speaking.
