Called these guys for a car removal from a tow yard, they accepted the job, done all the paperwork even got a reference number, then..they never turned up or even answered phonecall. I came to the tow yard in the hope they came. Never did. Called all day in the hope of an explanation....Nothing. Tried on a different phone...they answered then payed me off and never got back to me. If your after some help after a stressful situation (car accident) DONT go to these guys.
