I came here today to get my rear window replaced on my 2015 Honda Civic. I called around prior to going and they had a good price. I picked it up and it was missing a rubber seal on the top the long one that goes from the front windshield. It was gone! The guy said it wasn’t there, gaslighting me. I am not sure if maybe they damaged it by accident, they should have been honest and they were not.
