Had a negative experience with this company. They had booked me a time slot to come out and service our AC between 8 and 10. They showed up at 6:30 when no one was home from work yet. Even though we gave 2 contact numbers, they didn’t call to tell us they were coming early or that they were not getting an answer. My wife pulled up just as they were leaving and was not able to flag them down. I immediately reached out to the service number. My toilet was old and was a water waster. The plumber from King Arthur Plumbing told me it was better to replace it for a water saving toilet and not waste $300 fixing it. He recommended a high efficiency one from Kohler. The toilet has two buttons for a half flush and one a full flush. The toilet works great and I like the fact I'm saving water on every flush.
