Arrived on time...job was done quickly and clean...felt like we had used them before great experience!
Had a negative experience with this company. They had booked me a time slot to come out and service our AC between 8 and 10. They showed up at 6:30 when no one was home from work yet. Even though we gave 2 contact numbers, they didn’t call to tell us they were coming early or that they were not getting an answer. My toilet was old and was a water waster. The plumber from King Arthur Plumbing told me it was better to replace it for a water saving toilet and not waste $300 fixing it. He recommended a high efficiency one from Kohler. The toilet has two buttons for a half flush and one a full flush. The toilet works great and I like the fact I'm saving water on every flush.
