I was looking for a place in Bonnyville for work and came across Avenue Living. Ms. Aline was our main point of contact, and she helped us find a suitable place within a very short timeframe. She was helpful, responsive, and considerate throughout the process. The unit itself was clean and functional, and we had everything we needed. I had to legally break my lease early due to multiple lease violations on the part of Avenue Living as advised by the government of Canada. Some of these negatively affected my health and caused concern at my workplace regarding sick leave. My family has not had a sick day since leaving the building.
