These are among the worst apartments I have seen in Bonnyville. The lobby often has an unpleasant smell, and the surrounding roads are in very poor condition, with large potholes that do not seem to get repaired. The rental agency itself appears to make an effort, but the buildings are extremely old, poorly maintained, and have a depressing atmosphere. I was looking for a place in Bonnyville for work and came across Avenue Living. Ms. Aline was our main point of contact, and she helped us find a suitable place within a very short timeframe. She was helpful, responsive, and considerate throughout the process. The unit itself was clean and functional, and we had everything we needed. However, we experienced issues with a sketchy neighbor, including someone banging on our door, which made us feel unsafe. We called police to help us escort out of the building. I had to legally break my lease early due to multiple lease violations on the part of Avenue Living as advised by the government of Canada. Some of these negatively affected my health and caused concern at my workplace regarding sick leave. My family has not had a sick day since leaving the building.
