I took a drive over to this place on Saturday, December 21st. I was there at 12:30pm, well within opening hours, according to Google. The place was closed. There was no sign with posted hours. I tried calling the phone number on their sign and an automated message said they aren't taking any calls. One can't even leave a message. Not sure if they are closed for good or have moved (this place was on Brewerton Rd) but a sign or working phone number would have been nice. I wasted a trip trying to get out there.

aka king aquaiuum & pond spelled wrong on the banner that was there temporarily. When I went there it was called Exotic Aquarium, anyway I had some time to kill so, I walked into the store. There was a dirty couple of fish tanks to the right when you first walked in. But then my eye saw a beautiful arowana and there was someone in the store buying fish, I was ok with that and started to look around. I used to love this store but recently it has just gone downhill since they've moved the store is a mess and unorganized barely any fish said they would have koi 3 weeks ago still no koi and when I entered the employee stayed on his phone the whole time and as I left the employee also left to walk around outside on their phone I'm sorry but I'm not going to purchase from somewhere where they don't care if I buy anything or even care to notice that I walked in the store and they're going to be on their phone honestly seems li... read more
