Great Customer Service – I have been a client of King & Brim Insurance for over thirty years. They have always been responsive to my needs. In fact, they call me before I even think to call them if they see something that needs reviewing on my policy or if there has been a rate increase. I I highly recommend this agency if you want personal customer service with people who care.
My renewal came in pretty high this past time around. Before I could even pick up the phone to call around to check rates, I got a call from my agent saying they had rated me with their others companies and could save me over $200 a year. They called me! I've never heard of an insurance company doing that! So, needless to say, I didn't have to look elsewhere, they saved me a huge headache and money!!!
