I attended this gym several times a week for 9 years. The CrossFit style programming is excellent. It includes strength cycles, running, metabolic conditioning and skill work. The variety in workouts keeps it interesting. The equipment is great. A central "rig" has a variety of pull up bar heights. Rowers, bikes, barbells, GHDs, sandbags, slamballs; they have it all. I can’t say enough great things about this box! Every time I’m in Huntington, it’s my go-to place for a drop-in workout. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like a regular member. The coaching is top-notch—you’re not just going through the motions; they take the time to offer quality tips and make sure your form is on point. Plus, they go the extra mile by offering a t-shirt for drop-ins, which is such a nice touch. If you’re ever in town, this is the place to be for a killer workout and great community!
