Great ice machine Good customr service
I had been trying to get a replacement ACL knee brace for all of 2024, I initially saw my doctor in May and he recommended the brace and it was approved by the insurance for an out of pocket cost of $1200. I decided to wait until my deductible was met however, which was over 6 months later. The lady that works here will refuse to submit it to the insurance company if she feels that it doesn't qualify or wont be approved. I guess this is company policy.
