WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Both receptionists did not greet me as a patient and made unpleasant and unwelcoming looks; instead, she began her chat by asking if I was willing to pay for the appointment. My nerve test was excruciatingly painful, and the person who administered it was hostile and showed no sympathy for my screaming. I would never suggest this place to anyone!
First appointment doctor was late for over an hour. Unable to speak to the receptionist so the next appointment was two weeks after. Due to traffic I was late for 15 mins after driving for more than an hour with accident on the road and they asked me to come back next week with zero empathy. Terrible service from the receptionist the second time around.
I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Lashyn for a a few years. I was referred there by my gp to address continued pain and discomfort following a closed degloving injury from a head-on car accident. I felt dismissed each time I described the injury and accident as if I was making up the pain and my symptoms were minimized. Update: I highly recommend Dr. Kozminski & Dr. Wood !! They are both new to the clinic, just wow, simply AMAZING!! Incredible docs right there and I’m speaking from experience of seeing top docs in many countries/cities I’ve lived in. Dr. Kozminski gave me the most thorough examination and explanation I’ve received for my knee pain thus far. Dr. Wood also thoroughly explained my most recent injury ie. tennis elbow. I was referred here by my doctor because they are supposedly faster than a hospital to get tests done. It actually took 11 months to get in to see them because they’d lost the referral. I came in and saw Dr. Lashyn to hopefully find out the source of my pain. He hardly looked at me and kept yawning throughout the whole appointment. He wanted to get through the questions but had no interest in talking to me at all.
