My experience with Dr. Lala has been wonderful. The in-person appointment was very thorough and informative. She gave me great resources to use as tools in my weight loss journey like grocery lists, tips for snacks and even ways to stay active outside of the gym. I can tell she really cares about lifestyle changes, not fads and quick fixes. Donna is also very kind and professional. Didn’t even get to come. I booked my appointment last night and have been busy at work since. They called requesting for me to fill out paperwork, which I said I could do Friday as I’m extremely swamped at work. I suppose that wasnt good enough and they canceled my appointment. Very rude and will not recommend.
Aggressive and unprofessional doctor who talks over you and has a tendency to catastrophize every little thing. Also bills you for appointments / things that you never had or never took place, so please ensure that what you're being billed for is accurate.
