Dr .Lala Is a great doctor my first conversation with her I seen that she cared. She gave me instructions about my eating habits and she was Right on point I thought those instructions and I feel a lot better. Her assistant Donna is awesome as well. Over the past 4 years, I have worked with Dr. Lala to become a version of myself I never knew existed. I have lost over 50 pounds, maintained that weight lost, but I have most importantly become a healthier and happier version of myself. My experience with Dr. Lala has been wonderful. The in-person appointment was very thorough and informative. She gave me great resources to use as tools in my weight loss journey like grocery lists, tips for snacks and even ways to stay active outside of the gym. I can tell she really cares about lifestyle changes, not fads and quick fixes. Donna is also very kind and professional. Didn’t even get to come. I booked my appointment last night and have been busy at work since. They called requesting for me to fill out paperwork, which I said I could do Friday as I’m extremely swamped at work. I suppose that wasnt good enough and they canceled my appointment. Very rude and will not recommend.
