Amazing semi private gym! Brendan is not only an amazing therapist but also a fitness coach. He has a great understanding of the human body and his tips and techniques have vastly improved how I have pushed myself in my workouts and preventing injuries. The facility has all the equipment you need for strength training and Olympic lifting. The facility has an appointment system set up so that when you train you have all the equipment you need and no distractions. I cannot recommend this facility enough!
Okay, this statement might seem like hyperbole, but it couldn't be more true. Brendan has changed my life. I came to him with a shoulder injury, and he not only helped to fix that, but he also helped fixed my chronic back pain and posture issues. Here's the thing. PTs typically get you to a place where you are feeling better and then dismiss you from their services.
