Just finished my first 12 week course, and I can honestly say I haven't felt this good in years! Reggie eases you into the routines, haven't felt overly sore or fatigued after any my workouts. Just reupped for another 12 weeks, well with the cost!
Reggie made my 14 year old son at ease. A very nurturing approach is what my son needed. My son has been going since October of 2020. Reggie got him prepared to be more nimble and stronger for his high school sport. My son gain muscle mass in the proper areas.
Reggie is phenomenal! I'm a 60 year old physician who had not done any strength or core training for over 20 years. It was time for me to prepare for retirement and in order to enjoy retirement, I needed to get back into shape. Reggie is truly one-of-a-kind. I’ve nearly completed his KL3 program alongside my husband, and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Reggie’s approach is different - the level of intentionality behind everything he does is unparalleled by any other training program or trainer I’ve worked with. Each session, each meal plan is well thought out and purposeful, and designed to be manageable yet produce results. I would highly recommend working with Reggie and his KL3 program.
I started at Kinetikos in February of this year and immediately knew I was going to love it. Reggie is a great trainer and knows how to push you just enough to make you feel confident while having a great workout. Between the location and the trainer, Kinetikos is a win win!
