We had a sewer smell coming from under the house. We called Kinetics on Tuesday and they would have sent someone out later that day if I had been home. Chris and Dave were out early Wednesday morning and within a few hours the toilet was hooked back up to the sewer pipe. We found out the pipe coming from the toilet was not glued and the pipe going into the sewer line was cut too short, therefore it finally came apart. We called Kinetics to ask about a toilet we were having issues with flushing. They came out very quickly and addressed the issue. We showed them our home inspection that showed a slant in pipes. They took a look and said it looked fine and it should just be the toilet needing replaced. They offered to replace the toilet for us but we are able to do that ourselves. Very professional and helpful! Would absolutely use them again!
David came out and fixed a leak for us. He was prompt on time and fast working. Fair priced and got the job done well and quick. Would recommend them for the job 10/10!
These two guys were great. Dalton and Preston were very friendly and knew their stuff. Will use again if we need drains unclogging.
