Dalton came out to my dad's house after hours to fix a drain issue. He did an amazing job of explaining the issue and getting the drains where they could be used. He was very kind and professional. Definitely will use this company again!
David was absolutely great in finally finding the cause of the washer drain pipe overflow issue. It ended up being a serious clog from the kitchen sink that was just annoying enough to dupe everyone for the longest time, resulting in multiple calls to figure out what the heck was going. David remained diligent and tried multiple methods until he was finally able to dislodge the clog, and waited to make sure things were working properly. It was easy to see that David is incredibly knowledgeable and provided repairs in time-efficient. I questions that he answered in a way that was easy for me to understand. I appreciate that he was courteous and thoroughly cleaned up the area which cannot be said of other plumbers. I am pleased with the entire service call process of Kinetics Xcavating! (Note: the price I paid does not reflect the actual cost of repairs because I have a home warranty contract.)
Ariel did a amazing job
When our water heater went out for the 3rd time in 6 mths, and had to open another service call through our home warranty company (AHS). Kinetics Xcavating was assigned to our call and they were a new company that AHS sent out for this problem. Ariel & Tyler were the techs sent out to service the issue.They diagnosed the heating element burned out again, but because it's 10 yrs old and serious corrosion that the unit needed to be replaced, but of course the warranty company wanted to just repair the element.
