David went above and beyond! I discovered that my crawl space had flooded when my cat, Kricket, jumped down the hole and I heard a splash. She snuck past me when I was in the closet getting paper towels. She was rightfully terrified but jumped on top of some duct work so she was not treading water. We called Kinetics to help us remove the water. David helped me set up the sump pump and even helped me connect longer tubing exiting into the yard to make the process more efficient. They showed up on time! We had 2 pipes clogged and they cleared them both in a timely manner. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! Thank you
Gotta shout out David. He came out and assessed our situation very professionally. He also listened to our concerns and gave us all our different options and a rough estimate of how much each option would cost. He was also very personable. The dog in the van was also a bonus.
