David arrived to help after a day of tears, mopping, sanitizing floors, kids flushing, mopping, tears, sanitizing, tears... Only one bathroom & having a toddler whom just got potty thing down pat and rest of the family- need it fixed now! He arrived on schedule time, went straight to work & was kind, helpful & fixed the problem! He was quick & knowledgeable about the issues. When he left, there were happy smiles. Kept looking the superhero cape. Must be under his clothes. Thank you, David!
I choose to this business based on Goggle & Facebook reviews, I had no prior knowledge of this business. I requested an estimate for a small interior job & was given a date for the estimate. I called the day of the estimate to confirm I was still scheduled & was told the person doing estimates was sick & I was rescheduled. If I hadn't called to ask I wouldn't have known they weren't coming. The service was setup fast, they were here during the time frame, and they kept working till they got the drains unclogged. David and Ariel were nice, kind, and kept me updated throughout the process. They are also good with animals since my golden retriever wouldn’t leave them alone..lol Overall very happy and thank you both so much. I highly recommend them both (Kinetics Xcavating and Plumbing Services) 🙂
Chandler and dalton came to my house trailer, fixed my clog, they were super nice, laid back, and done their job efficiently, they replaced my wax ring and reinstalled my toilet in a timely manner, i appreciate you guys and will call again any time i have issues, thanks again guys!!
They were great. The person who visited us was amazing and kind and taught us. He also was from Boston initially which made me feel more at home where I live in Indiana. A familiar culture that I was grateful for. Would call again
