I love coming to Kinetics Wellness for all kinds of classes. I also really like that they use the MindBody app. It makes scheduling classes quick and easy.
I went to Kinetics with my sister for class. We both absolutely love it! The environment is warm and welcoming and all the teachers are wonderfully skilled in their offerings. If you need a place to go to replenish and exercise on every level this is the place. I'm sure this studio will grow and grow as word gets out.
