I was at my wits end, I was about to engineer my own softener..but really Kinetico figured it out. Get the 1035 or higher! I got the 1035, I’m on Municipal Well water, I can’t tell you how happy I am. Seriously come take a shower, it’s FINALY GOOD!
Eric was very informative and friendly. He clearly explained the problem and quickly fixed it. He answered all of our questions, and it was all done in a timely fashion.
