went there for a part.when I got there they were very courteous and the part probably around 10 to 15 dollars was waiting for me at the front desk.the receptionist double checked if it was the right one and then when I offered to pay she said no charge.its not to often in this day and age that you receive that kind of service.i highly recommend them if you are reading this to make a judgement as to who to call
