Their products are great, and they offer terrific service and support. We recently were having some water issues and thought maybe we needed a new dishwasher. I have had my system for a year now and loving it. I use much less soap, the hard water spots are gone, no more softener sheet cloths come out soft without. Drinking water is much better tasting. Was going to go with another company until a friend told me about Kinetico, I am so glad they did, they were easy to work with and professional, from start to finish.
Cliff came out and was super knowledgeable and professional. He told me a lot about other systems Kinetico has to offer as well. He got this water system all up to snuff and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks a lot!
