We had an existing water softener system removed and replaced with a new and updated water softener system. Roman was an outstanding professional from the start to the finish. Roman explained in detail the work to be completed, provided detailed instructions on how the system operated and how to properly monitor and maintain the new water softener system. Roman answered all questions.
Ed was very thorough, efficient and detailed- oriented. He explained things very well during and at the end of his service call.
After a few years in the house I finally decided it was time to have the system serviced. Easily got an appointment scheduled and had great communication with the office. The rep was knowledgeable and asked questions about the system, leading me through to provide details on exactly what I have. Was also able to text a picture which was very helpful.
