We had our Kinetico water softener installed last week by Roman Rooney-Kodak. He was super friendly, professional, and kind to our curious kids. After install, he left the area clean and picked up. This may be a small detail to some, but he took off his shoes when entering our home which is a big deal for me! Roman insured all our questions were answered. Soft water is such a luxury and we are loving the differences it’s made already. Thank you, Roman!!
