Just had an RO water system installed today. Both the salesperson and installer were great! Before purchasing it was left with lots of info and documentation and I didnt get the whole sales gimmick other companies gave me. During install, Roman really wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Professional all around and happy to have safe drinking water!

Phil Loughman came to check out issue with loss of water pressure with my very old reverse osmosis unit. He discussed the options and I was interested in hearing more about the option for the newer K5 unit. In a no pressure discussion, he went over all the features and improvements with the K5, and gave me enough information for me to decide that replacing my old unit was the smartest move. I love my Kinetico system and know I will be happy once the new K5 Reverse Osmosis upgrade is in place!
Dino from Kinetico was here to install our new system and he did a great job. Very professionally installed and did a great job of explain how everything works. The installation wasn’t easy but Dino was persistent and got the job done.
Tech Ian had to do a revisit at our house. He knew what the issue was and took his time to fix it. He cleaned the floor up afterwards. Very pleasant & patient
