Great experience so far. Shaddai did a great job walking through the printed material which was great to review later and to compare other companies systems. All pricing was clearly laid out. The lady in the office was quick to return my message and even return a follow up message a little after business hours. I was able to get installation scheduled next day. Joe did a great job on the install and was efficient. He took extra care and pride in routing the plumbing, even on the existing equipment. A+

The technician from Bright Water Kinetico, Roman, did a fantastic job installing the water softener, dechlorinator, and filters for reverse osmosis. Roman also took the time to explain how the system works and what I needed to do maintain it. While the reverse osmosis system needs completion, I am impressed with the progress so far and the professional work done by Roman!
Right on time, completed installation of our water softener and reverse osmosis systems. Mike got work done quickly and Cleaned up before leaving. Mike was great! Friendly, helpful company to deal with. Answered my 101 questions before I decided to purchase. Cant wait to experience the Kinetico difference!
