The customer service at Kinetico is fantastic. All three ladies that I’ve spoken to (Katie, Mercedes and Teri) have been knowledgeable, thorough and really kind!
I have been a customer of Kinetico for many years and have always been pleased with their water systems. Tyler came to check out the system and confirm everything was functioning correctly. He is very knowledgeable and reviewed the details of how the system functions. If you ever need a service call ask for Tyler.

Filters delivered. Instructions indicate the need to sanitize using a sanitizing kit. Gee, no sanitizing kit was sent. I inaugurate the “kit” is extra and was not sent since I did not ask for it. How am I supposed to know I need a sanitizing kit and this I did not ask for it. So what am I supposed to do know? Pay for Kinetico to come out and provide the maintenance on my K5 I thought I could DIY? Nice scam of a trick to get me to pay for something I was not willing to pay for the start with. I needed a new filter for my water softener system so I called them over at Kinetico and they were very helpful and kind, I would highly recommend their services!
