Adam Sark was very helpful and very knowledgeable, spent quality time to explain the filtration system entirely.
Paid $419 in Nov of 2025 to have my filters replaced in my reverse osmosis system. Now they tell me it will be a $230 service fee plus the $419 to change out the filters that did not even last a year. Its only Aug of 2026. Such a shame they con people out of money like this.
My brand new system has had continuous problems since install and instead of figuring out why or fixing it I am continuously paying service fees for something that should've already been fixed
Arsenic filter installed same day as purchase George explained options and not high pressure. The service tec was prompt and friendly. Very efficient!
Being retired with chronic back issues I thought I would purchase salt and have it delivered. The salt was reasonable (a few dollars more than Home Depot) but when I ask to purchase (4) bags the sales person informed me there was a $50 delivery charge. I was surprized by the charge and declined the puchase.
