Tyler Oatney was at my house today to service my Kinetico softener and got it back up and running in no time. Highly recommend him if you need service on your Kinetico products.
Adam the service technician did a great job of getting our unit serviced and we certainly did appreciate the promptness of management fitting us into their schedule. Sam a receptionist at the canal Winchester office was great to work with. Again thank you for the help in getting our RO system up and working..
Ten year warranty out of warranty by couple of months and I get the question if I would like to trade up for 2,000$
