I went into their store today frustrated and looking for answers. On Amazon the filter I needed was over a $100!? By the time I left there I had my filter and all the salt I needed for about half of what I thought it would cost me. I’m renting a house and had little info on my system and they looked up my address gave me all the information I needed and even printed out a new manual for me.
