They were very timely in changing my filters and installing my water softening system. They explained everything before installation and during the process. There was followup two days later , and they checked the water. Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. They were always pleasant. I would definitely recommend the company, their system and staff. Thank you for doing a great job and making it so easy for me.
We live in ****, **. with very hard water which destroys pipes, pools, water softeners, etc.. Although you cant predict equipment failure you CAN predict excellent service from Kinetico. Professional, informative, polite & efficient from office staff to service men! Highly recommend!
