Look elsewhere-anywhere. Poor service once you spend all that money. Very frustrating and then ending up going elsewhere for a 2 year old product. Can’t believe they stay in business.
Have tried to get service by calling, (multiple times) emailing, (multiple times) and even showing up in person. (Twice) They gave me the run around every single time. They are good at throwing words but not actually doing ANYTHING. I'm convinced it isn't a real business, just a front a for some money laundering scheme. I don't think there is a way to actually get a Kinetico system in this area. Save your time and just go with another brand. You will only waste you your time with these guys. Not legit.
I love my Kinetico water softener. It is expensive, but worth it. However, Larry (manager / owner in Coralville) Larry could not hit water if he fell out of a boat. Worst. Service. Ever. Have not been able to get a service call in over two years of trying.
If there was any worse than one star, they would deserve it. Impossible to get service!
I can’t express enough my frustration with the local Kinetico provider and its owner. Multiple attempts to receive service on my 2 year old Kinetico water softener have met with unfulfilled promises and an Eeyore like, please pity me, attitude. We called 3 times and went once in person with no success. Go elsewhere, look at other quality brands but stay away from this provider.
