We just installed one of their systems in our home and it's great! We can feel the difference in our water especially in the dishwasher and washing machine. Damian was very helpful in assisting me with piking out the right system for my home. And Scott (their plumber) was fantastic. He went above and beyond in helping with the installation and even helped locate/repair a plumbing issue that wasn't their responsibility.

My parents installed a Kinetico water softener in 1989 and continued to have it serviced for 22 years. It worked very well and the customer service was always excellent. (I stopped using the system about 5 years ago not knowing how necessary it was) Unfortunately, I recently found out that our well is contaminated with extremely high levels of nitrates and our water hardness has skyrocketed (compared to the levels we had in the past).
