Kinetico stopped by to deliver salt today a few hours after I had bought salt somewhere else because our brine tank was empty. When they arrived they saw my wife was trying to clean the brine tank and was having a hard time. They jumped right in and helped her get it cleaned up and then filled the brine tank with salt for her. They advised the salt I purchased could cause some issues with my system. Service that was performed on Friday was unacceptable! Water has been running under our front porch for 2 days. We have emailed kinetico but have had NO response!
