Great people, great service! Knowledgeable and polite, from the office staff to the people in the field. Highly recommend this company. Steve was the technician and Dave was the office person I spoke with.
Would have given a 5 but they had to come twice as I told them when I signed the contract that I also wanted my Hot water heater flushed at the same time, unfortunately the office staff did not communicate that to Austin, the tech, which necessitated 2 visits, however kudos to Austin , he is polite, knowledgeable , and efficient , so he would get 5 stars!
