Great experience! Very professional. Jason was very knowledgeable and explained everything.
Kinetico has provided my service for years. Yesterday Jason came out and resolved a couple of issues with the system. He was extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the issue of water inches deep continually sitting at the base of the tanks was not addressed by their technician(s) when salt was added, the time that peroxide was added, and the times that the filter has been replaced.
