After much research, I recently purchased a Kinetico Water Softener System. I worked with Alex Hepler to determine my system needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After promptly being scheduled for installation, Bailey Nichols arrived on-time on the day of installation and got to work. He explained what he was doing as he worked to get my system installed.
