Bad business policy I have a Kinetico water system in my home in Liberty Lake. It was installed four years ago. They put the unit in a bedroom closet downstairs. The unit leaked and soaked my carpet surrounding the unit and out into the room. The first two times it happened they came out and pulled the carpet back, dried the pad out, had my carpet cleaned and fixed the unit.
