10/10!!! I’ve been searching for a gym that truly has it all - great workout classes, welcoming environment, and motivating energy. After trying several in the Niagara region, Kinetic Synergy is the one. From day one, both the trainers and members were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. I absolutely love getting in shape here. The group training sessions are fun. So much more enjoyable to work out with others. I find it gives me motivation to do more than I would do if I was by myself. I am a huge fan of the yoga classes as well. My mobility has greatly improved along with some aches and pains. The trainers are friendly and so helpful. Willing to help with any challenges or questions you might have. I was completely new to this whole gym/workout scene. I have been coming to Kinetic Synergy for over a year now and it's hands down the best gym community I have been part of. Gavin and the coaches/trainers genuinely care for their members and are incredibly ok knowledgeable. This gym feels like a family, even when I go weeks without coming in. If you want to be part of community upholding wellness, accountability and fun all while exercising in a well equipped facility with a variety of classes, then this is the gym for you!

This gym is fantastic. I completed their 6 week challange and am now hooked! All of the trainers are great—so encouraging and genuinely invested in your progress. The workouts are always challenging enough to push you, but they’re also approachable no matter your fitness level. For the first time ever I’ve been able to develop healthy habits that actually stick, all thanks to the support and guidance I’ve received from Kinetic.
