I went in with pretty bad knee pain, I wasn't expecting to feel 90% better after only two visits.He sent me home with exercises to do and I did them between sessions and literally, mind blown. I ran a 5k one day after my second session with Dr. Jeremy. I expected pain to return but it didn't. continuing strengthening exercises and telling all my friends about Kinetics!! 10/10 recommend.
