I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for one of those cookie-cutter massages where somebody rubs lotion on your back for an hour and calls it therapeutic, this ain’t it. The therapists here actually know anatomy and know how to find the things that are causing problems. I have been seeing Maricela for several years now and she is INCREDIBLE!! Definitely an expert in this field. I have been crossfitting for 14 years now and my body can feel the stress I put it through with training. She is the only one that has been able to relieve my muscle tension and I feel so relaxed after. I recommend the sauna before the 90 minute massage so your muscles are nice and warm and less tense. First timer, booked a Massage & On Site Childcare. So glad I was able to get a very much needed mommy time while my daughter (age 2) had some playtime in a room a couple doors down. Amazing service for mamas that don't have family around. Rebekah was great! I could feel the tension leaving my body. Will definitely come back again.
TLDR: Absolutely wonderful team! Highly, highly recommend this practice! The massage therapists are well trained and the website has a great breakdown of each therapist’s skills. I have a difficult time trusting new massage therapists because I had history of previous establishments not listening or not providing the services listed once the appointment started.
