Very friendly and knowledgeable team.
My first brace was fitted in my hospital room, upon arriving home when I started using the brace more it hurt a bone on the inside of my foot. They replaced it with a different design. This is the best brace I have worn. I would have given you 5 stars but I am having an issue with the velcro strap. First brace had a thinner strap, second brace has a thicker strap making it difficult to slide pants over it. I have an appointment tomorrow to correct it, brace is still under warranty. I am a podiatric physician that measured and ordered this product for a patient. The company dropped the ball many times with a different excuse for each fumble. In the end the device was never fabricated. I do not recommend this product to my colleagues.
They have helped me out a lot. I’m very happy with them.
