A good friend of mine who works as a hospital PT recommended that I see Alan at Kinetic for a running injury that wouldn’t resolve with rest/ice. I was able to be seen quickly, and he did a thorough evaluation at my initial appointment, including filming me running to diagnose my problem. I was not looking forward to physical therapy at all. To my surprise I was greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere is phenomenal! Not only do they give you exercises to treat your conditions, but they tell you why each one is so important and how it benefits you in your daily activities. Professionalism along with a caring heart makes you feel like your healing means as much to them as it does you. That's what it's all about!
After several years of suffering with advanced arthritis in my spine and being faced with the possibility of a surgical solution, I was referred to Kinetic Physical Therapy by my GP. The approach was both methodical and effective almost instantly eliminating some of my pain. After two months of therapy, I am almost pain free with a plan for continued progress as I continue to age. Highly recommended !
Alan provided PT for my right shoulder and later for my left one. Alan (Kinetic) is professional and super effective. He helped me set goals after the left shoulder surgery was not successful. Working with him I was able to achieve more movement than I dreamed. I am still in the recovering stage but Alan and I set self PT b/c of the insurance coverage ended. I highly recommend Kinetic PT!!
The PT I received at Kinetic was so professional and super effective. He knew my ultimate goal during and after Meniscus surgery and helped me achieve that goal. I am still in the recovering stage and have to stop PT b/c of the insurance coverage but he has given me great guidance to pursue forward! I highly recommend Kinetic PT!!
The best real physical therapist ever....If you have any problems Alan is an hands on and massage therapist and doesn't send you home without real results
Alan helped me with my hip and knee problems. I was in constant pain and limping.Kinetics helped me when no one else in Hickory could.
