The staff is very knowledgeable, listens to me as a patient on all the concerns I have with mobility throughout my body. The variety of exercises they give to help correct and improve my flexibility and strengthen my muscles I will incorporate in my daily workout routine at the Phoenixville YMCA! I have not been able to use a treadmill for almost 8 years due to a severe foot injury. But now over this past year slowly, I am now walking one mile with hills on a treadmill. Very impressed and pleased with kinetics. The group at phoenixville Y is great. Highly recommend them. Went in with Very (!) strained back. Exercises they gave me helped immediately.
Nick, my therapist, assessed my difficulty and formulated a plan of exercises geared toward my particular disability. He was attentive to my form and execution, supplied tips to improve the way in which I did it, modified the plan as I improved, regularly gauged my improvement and applauded my commitment and desire. My experience has been positive and rewarding.
