I appreciate the thorough assessment of strength vs pain/weakness to begin the program. Also the knowledge that's shared! I'm learning a lot about my body and how to protect and maintain. Many of the exercises are things I can do at home. I'm really encouraged. I also like the team approach at Kinetics, the relaxed vibe and the banter. I'm on my way to a stronger body with less pain!
