I hit the group fitness jackpot when I found this place in my first week in Oak Ridge. Leah, the team and the other members are so welcoming, and the workouts are varied and provide challenge for any level. I didn't think I'd find the same quality of community that I had at my F45 in Colorado Springs (Team Central for Life!) but instantly connected here, and so happy I did. They also offer personal training, and sports based training for young people, which I'll be looking into for my own kids once we are more settled.

Leah and the KPT staff will get you where you want to go, and you’ll have some laughs along the way. It’s a great community of people, that are now life long friends, with the goal to get healthier.

Great gym and owner! I really enjoy the atmosphere, I feel like its is a perfect gym if you are just getting started, restarted or if you are looking to challenge yourself.
