If you are looking for a supportive community, helpful and trained instructors, and to really improve your overall fitness journey, this is IT! The workouts are always challenging and rewarding. I have nothing but positive things to say about this gym!
I’ve been at Kinetic for over a year now and can honestly say it has changed my life! The coaches are wonderful, the workouts are challenging but in such a good way, and everyone is so welcoming. Just honestly cannot recommend my gym enough!!
